Harthanger View Cottage in Luxborough Exmoor Somerset offers self-catering accommodation for up to 4 guests The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen and sitting room One bedroom with a king size bed and its own bathroom bath and separate shower leads off this The centre piece of the living room is a spiral staircase that leads up to a mezzanine area which has two single beds and an en-suite comprising a toilet and bath Outside there is a newly completed patio with a picnic table to the rear

The kitchen has an electric cooker ceramic hob fridge freezer dishwasher microwave and washer dryer The living area has a TV with DVD player and a wood burning stove Logs are included for free The cottage also benefits from oil-fired central heating throughout

Due to the spiral staircase and mezzanine area this cottage is not suitable for small children

The cottage is suitable for guests with restricted mobility as it can be accessed without having to use steps through the back door The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both bath and a separate shower

Security deposit A security deposit of

60 is required when booking this property This will be added to the total price of your booking and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure

Dogs One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement for a supplementary fee of
